Clearmind Medicine to get into the wireless EV charging game

Clearmind Medicine is “a clinical-stage biotech company focused on the discovery and development of non-hallucinogenic, second-generation, neuroplastogen-derived therapeutics to solve widespread and underserved health problems, including alcohol use disorder.”

Of course, it’s only natural that such a company would want to add wireless EV charging to its services. Clearmind says it has entered into a non-binding Letter of Intent to acquire a 51% stake in “a company that provides wireless EV charging solutions for automated parking systems and autonomous mobile platforms.”

Clearmind will pay $2.5 million for its stake in the unnamed company, and will also extend a $1.5 million loan to the firm.

The “acquired company” boasts proprietary technology that enables charging at speeds up to 10 kW, and features smart communication and dynamic energy management. The system is designed to integrate seamlessly with robotic parking systems.

There aren’t too many companies working in this space, so perhaps some astute Charged reader can divine which firm is to be acquired—without the use of hallucinogenic drugs, please.
